How to send throttle or pitch value with roscpp like RC

anyone please help me with this, i have try use mavros and i already install it but it makse flytbase becomes error, so i think i must use roscpp, but how ?

FlytOS installs mavros(slightly modified version) in your device. All the APIs are still the same, kindly follow mavros’ API documentation to use its APIs.
