Add custom Gazebo Models



I want to follow objects with my drone so I created a custom Gazebo world with an object I want to follow. How can I use the rover in a docker flytsim since Native seems to be deprecated.

I want to add custom rover I created to my FlytSIM’s Gazebo but don’t know how to do so. Where to put files? Where to put node publisher python script that makes my rover move in random place?

  1. Please configure FlytSim in PX4 mode. Click here.
  2. Please use FlytSim web IDE for interaction within docker container. Click here.
  3. Use web IDE to transfer all your files to relevant locations, similar to where you usually keep them in local machine.
  4. Use Gazebo GUI to place your robot model in the world.
